Randy Schuster is a highly conscientious and knowledgeable financial adviser who has enjoyed a successful career spanning over 25 years. As a founding partner of Coordinated Plan, a multi-generational financial planning firm, Randy and his team specialize in assisting people who are serious about preserving and protecting their assets, those who wish to accumulate and grow their financial investment portfolios, and individuals wanting to preserve and transition closely-held businesses; similar to what he experienced first-hand in his grandfather and father’s business. Randy has garnered local and national recognition as an industry leader and has been invited to speak at various prestigious events and conferences. He has also authored two books, Turning Points and Turning Points 2, which feature stories of local business leaders' early struggles and pivotal decisions. Randy's passion for inspiring the next generation has led him to donate over 10,000 copies of his books to local schools in collaboration with organizations such as Junior Achievement and Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection Randy holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Indiana University and beyond his professional endeavors, he actively contributes to the community as the former Chair of the Al Sigl Community of Agencies Governors Board and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Rochester. Randy and his wife Erni are engaged members of both the Rochester, NY and Sarasota, FL communities. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, following Indiana basketball, playing competitive tennis, and cherishing moments with his family.
