Jen brings over 15 years of financial services experience to her role. With a background in client services and compliance with industry rules and regulations, Jen is instrumental in dealing with the highly complex requirements and nuances of the industry. If you have had the great fortune to interact with Jen, you’ll easily sense that she truly enjoys building relationships with clients, helping them navigate the application process for new investment accounts and life insurance, and assisting them navigate the myriad of complexities they may have to deal with administratively.

Jen says: “When I joined the firm, I understood the business from a procedural standpoint. I’ve always loved helping clients and the team. It’s a great feeling to come into the office and know that we’re really making a big difference!”

Additionally, Jen is also a new business trainer and mentor for our team of associates, bringing efficiencies to the processes while keeping a superior client experience at the forefront of everything she does. Jen is a notary public, is licensed in New York State in life, accident & health insurance, and holds FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26 securities licenses.

Originally from the Syracuse area, Jen graduated from Le Moyne College, attaining her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. She resides in Victor with her husband, Matt and two daughters, Jocelyn and Charlotte. Jen is active with her church, girl scouts, and watching her girls play lacrosse and softball.
