Administrative Personnel are often the first impression clients get of the company, they are responsible for schedules, organization, customer relations and many assignments often of a confidential nature. Eileen exemplifies her responsibilities by providing the proper office skills that are essential to ensure Coordinated Plan’s reputation is that we are professional, personable, and easy to deal with and easy to reach via email or phone calls. .

Eileen is an influential strength in our workplace and uses her positive attitude and friendly manners to help the office thrive and run smoothly, she has consistently demonstrated her skill for administrative responsibilities.

Eileen says: “When I originally joined Coordinated Plan, I came from a smaller organization. The opportunities to learn, grow and serve our clients have made me very happy. We truly appreciate our clients and I feel that I am a valued member of this wonderful team.”

Eileen works closely with Kimberly, Coordinated Plan’s Director of Operations, and the firm’s principals providing scheduling and administrative assistance. She also supports team operations as well as providing a broad spectrum of customer service for our clients in addition to logistical support on special projects.

Eileen was raised in Maryland, but her roots are firmly planted in New York, having lived in Perinton for over 30 years, raising a son and a daughter here with her husband Michael. In her free time, Eileen enjoys the beach, foreign films, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
